F O R M IL - 17 (See Rule 23 (iii)) BAR LICENCE FOR THE SALE OF ALL KINDS OF INDIANLIQUOR/FOREIGN LIQUOR AND BEER TO BE CONSUMED ON THE PREMISES OF BAR (ON LICENCE) I, ______________________________Prohibition and Excise Superintendent__________________________in consideration of the payment of a fee of Rs_______________(Rupees __________________________________only) the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and hereby licence you______________________________to sell all kinds of Indian liquor/ Foreign Liquor and Beer on the premises ____________________________bearing No.______________________________________the details of which are as follows: BOUNDARIES 1.East 2.West 3.North 4.south Locally ____________________village/town within the marginally noted boundaries during the lease year commencing from 1st April,2_______and ending with 31st March, 2______osubject to the following condition and stipulations to be observed by you, the said viz. General conditions applicable to all Indian liquor/Foreign liquor and Beer licence as may be prescribed and the following special conditions. 1. The privilege extends to the sale of all kinds of Indian/Foreign liquor and Beer No liquor shall be solid for removal from the licenced premises other than to visitors to the Bar nor any liquor shall be sold otherwise than to the residents in the Bar for their own use or that of their guest to casual visitors partaking of meals prepared and served in the good standard manner. 2. The licensee is prohibited from purifying, colouring and flavouring the liquor or mixing any material therewith and from blending another kind of liquor with it or to keep in his possession other than authorised under this licence. 3. The licensee is prohibited from bottling liquor. 4. The possession or sale of diluted beer by the licensee is prohibited. 5. All Indian liquor and Foreign liquor sold under this license shall be duty paid and obtained from the Andhra Pradesh Beverages Corporation Limited. 6. The licensee shall maintain and furnish to the Excise Superintendent statistics showing the consumption of all kinds of liquors separately. 7. This licence is not transferable. 8. The licence shall be object to cancellation or suspension at will by the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise. 9. The licensee shall not act in any manner prejudicial to the interest of Date_________________day of______________20 Prohibition and Excise Superintendent.
