That the information and documents submitted by me are true and correct and if the same are found to be false or incorrect etc, I am liable for any legal action that would be taken against me. 2. I have gone through the zoning of land use & regulations, 2003, published by Hubli Dharwad Urban Development Authority and relevant by-law in force, and I will abide by provisions as applicable to my case. 3. I here by declare that I am the law full owner and possessor of the property on which I propose to construct building as per the plan submitted by me and I will abide by the provisions of zoning of land use and regulations, 2003 (in particular : Annexure II). In case of violation, necessary legal action shall be taken against me. 4. I will not obstruct any of the Corporation Officers or agencies to come and verify the facts and documents in the due discharge of their duties. 5. My/our consulting engineer has gone through zoning Regulations and the plan submitted by me to your office. The same is in conformity with all the provisions of ZR & R.C.D.P and the KMC Act. 6. The declaration I am making in part-2 of the form -II is correct to my knowledge and I had consulted my consulting engineer in this regard. 7. I agree to have a consulting engineer till the building construction is completed according to plan and structural design. I have made all these statements voluntarily and I agree upon to abide by all the rules and Regulations and declarations made by me. In case, I violate any of the above provisions, I understand that I am liable to be prosecuted under the KMC Act, 1976 and Indian panel code, for the penalties thereof.
