Recognition is necessary for all candidates who have passed +2 from Government of Kerala or any other Board as their qualifying examination. It is also necessary for those who have passed their Pre degree course from Mahatma Gandhi or Kannur University. Candidates from CALICUT University are exempted from obtaining Recognition. (Application form for Recognition to be duly filled in and Course for which admission is sought and year of admission should be specified. Column No.4 and column No.7 should be attested by the Principal/Head of the department with designation seal and college seal). The Application for recognition should accompany : 1. Fee receipt for Rs. 200/- and Rs.50/- as fine after one year of joining a course. 2. Original pass certificate and marklists 3. Migration certificate (Not necessary in the case of Higher Secondary of Government of Kerala.) 4. Eligibility Certificate (necessary in the case of Mahatma Gandhi University, Cochin University or Kannur University and Boards like VHSE (Kerala) Board of Technical Education (Kerala) and HSC (Kerala) or I.C.S.E. or C.B.S.E. Boards. 5. Photocopy of Ph.D. Registration order. (only for Ph.D. Candidates) 6. Last date or receipt of application without fine is 30th September of the academic year.
