(4) The applicant undertakes to comply in all respects with: (a) The provisions of the Rajasthan Excise Act and rules made and instructions issued there under applicable to the bonded warehouse of bottling plant. (b) The conditions which may be entered in the license applied for . (5) A certificate from the Civil Surgeon or District Medical Officer of Health to the effect that there is no objection on sanitary grounds to the carrying on the business of a bonded warehouse of beetling plant in the locality, premises and the building proposed is attached. (6) The applicant is ready and willing to deposit the sum of Rs (Rupees only) as security for the due performance by them of each and all of the requirements of the Act and rules and the conditions of the license.
