Item No.2 may be filled up by foreign born widows of Indian nationals, wishing to go back to the country of their birth. 2. Wherever specifically mentioned, originals of documents may be submitted together with photocopies thereof. Original documents would be returned to the applicants unless it is absolutely essential to retain any of them with Reserve Bank. Documentation: 3. Emigration visa or entry certificate issued by the foreign government, in original together with a photocopy. 4. Income-tax clearance/No objection certificate from Indian Income-tax authorities. 5. Certified copies of pension papers, if any. 6. Copy of the letter containing instructions to the applicant's bankers to designate his bank account as 'ordinary non-resident rupee account' and to credit income accruing in India to the account after the applicant's departure. 7. Certificate in original, together with a photocopy, from the bankers to the effect that shares, securities and title deeds held by the applicant have been lodged with them for holding in safe custody. 1.
