For Applying for Adhaar card you need an identity card with your photo and an address proof.

Voter ID
Credit card with your photo
PAN Card
Passport
Photo ID issued by recognized educational institution
Certificate of Identity having photo issued by Gazetted Officer or Tehsildar on letterhead
Handicapped medical certificate issue by State/Center governments or Disability ID card
Ration/PDS Photo Card
Bank ATM card with your photo
Government/PSU Photo ID cards
NREGS Job Card
CGHS/ECHS Photo Card

Driving License
Voter ID
Bank Statement or Passbook
Passport
Electricity Bill
Water Bill
Telephone Landline bill(wire based phone connection)
Credit card statement
Vehicle Registration Certificate
Insurance Policy
Passport of Spouse
Caste and Domicile Certificate having Photo issued by State Govt
